Our Mission

Our mission is to ignite a clean energy revolution, transforming rooftops into distributed solar power plants.

We are driven by a bold vision to transform Europe’s energy landscape. Born out of the energy crisis of 2022, our mission is to accelerate the adoption of renewable solar power and help commercial and industrial clients achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Our missionn is to accelerate the energy transition to achieve a sustainable and fossil-free electricity use by offering our customers a franchised Build-Own-Operate service model.

We are an Independent Power Producer

and Energy as a Service provider. We finance, build, own, operate, and transfer rooftop solar power systems, battery storage, and ancillary services for frequency regulation, peak shaving, and e-arbitrage.

Our business model allows us to absorb the full capital expenditure (CAPEX) of our clients, offering solar and energy storage solutions with no upfront cost. We resell the energy at a discounted and fixed market price, signing long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with landlords to ensure stable and predictable energy costs. Our focus remains exclusively on rooftop solar for commercial and industrial (C&I) facilities, not ground-mounted PV or residential installations.”
